FAQ

Frequently asked questions, gently rerouted.

Is this a real village?+

It is real in the way all future villages are real: as a render, a feeling, a deck, and a recurring update.

Can I visit the land?+

You may visit selected emotional coordinates during approved retreat windows.

Are homes available?+

Homes are available as categories, intentions, and beautifully named possibilities.

Who makes decisions?+

The community is deeply included in the receiving of decisions.

Is there a school?+

The forest school is situated precisely where the future meets the community center, subject to geography, permits, staffing, funding, and vibes.

Is this affiliated with any real project?+

No. This is an independent parody and satire site. It is not affiliated with Neos.life or any real organisation.

Questions From the Beautifully Concerned

Will the school be registered, and which curriculum will it integrate into for further education?+

In Portugal, schools do not become recognized through moodboards alone. They need formal authorization, defined educational levels, identified buildings, and actual compliance. Until that exists, the school remains best understood as a concept note with excellent lighting.

How will it work to own my house? Are plots individual?+

Public language around ‘deeded plots’ sounds reassuring, but the legal structure matters a lot. If a project operates under a tourism-enterprise framework, ownership can come bundled with operator control, tourism-exploitation obligations, and usage conditions. Translation: ask for the exact legal regime before naming your olive tree.

Can I live there permanently?+

Spiritually, perhaps. Legally, that depends on the licensing and planning framework. If a development is structured primarily for tourism use, your experience may be closer to ‘beautifully managed belonging’ than classic unrestricted permanent housing.

Is this a community-led project?+

Yes, in the sense that the community is invited to feel, witness, ask questions, and react in WhatsApp while leadership continues to enjoy the ancient governance tradition known as Deciding First.

Can we vote on the location of the school / community center / sacred dome?+

You may absolutely express your truth in the group chat. Whether this becomes a vote, a consultation, or an elegantly formatted announcement will depend on the stewards’ relationship with coherence.

Is this a village, a retreat center, a learning platform, a tourism venture, or a residential development?+

Yes.

Why are there so many beautiful renders?+

Because renders are the first crop any visionary village harvests.

Where does most decision-making happen?+

In the sacred interval between ‘thanks for your question’ and ‘we’re delighted to announce.’

Is this anti-Neos?+

No. It is pro-clarity, pro-due-diligence, and mildly allergic to spiritually upgraded ambiguity.
